We do not claim to produce any of the items sold on Lyrarae.
We currently ship only within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Our delivery timeline consists of:
- Order Processing: 1–3 business days
- Transit Time: 2–4 business days
- Estimated Total Delivery: 3–7 business days
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
If shipping fees apply in the future, they will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A tracking number
- The carrier handling your package
- A link to check shipping updates in real time
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
You may return eligible items as long as they are:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- Returned with all packaging and accessories
Returns must be initiated within our standard return window of 30 days after delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- The wrong product was received
In these cases, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or item, please:
- Return the original item through our return process
- Place a new order for the replacement
Refunds are processed within 7 calendar days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
